I believe im a pretty good judge of character, which must mean Geoff (Dad) is a great bloke if I have hung around him for over 23 years. One fond memory I have of Geoff, was when he came into my place of work at the time (KFC) to tell me he has just spent hours fixing the garage door to the point where it is useable again. Given I broke it in the first place just hours before with my car and that was my first interaction with him since, there was no stern talking too and no open palm slaps. This just shows the kind of a man he is. In fact, even after knocking the harley over and scratching it, all he gave me was a cheeky smirk and the words “don’t do it again Daniel”. Overall this man has never lead me wrong, and even though I don’t always do what he says, I always listen and consider his wise words and make the decision for myself. I give him a 11/10, and i would be proud to be half the father he has been to me.
